The Digital Art Director routinely conceptualizes creative solutions that effectively communicate the marketing soluitions developed for our clients. 


Responsibilities

  • Conduct conceptual exploration, establish direction and design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of that direction through production.
  • Assist in defining creative direction by helping leadership establish art direction.
  • Participate in brainstorming and meetings to conceptualize ideas from print, web, and various other outlets.
  • Understand and be flexible of client’s needs.
  • Not just a thinker, but a doer. You possess the exceptional design skills necessary to clearly and effectively bring new ideas to life.
  • Lead design on projects, thinking in both print and digital forms in concept phase.
  • Communicate, execute, critique, and finalize design in an efficient timeframe.
  • Present to clients and participate in pitches.
  • Establish benchmarks for the overall quality of work produced.
  • Assist Creative Director in overseeing the junior designers by serving as a mentor, answering questions, and providing feedback as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Art Direction and Design.
  • Possession of Bachelor of Fine Arts, major in advertising design or related.
  • Experience working in an advertising agency required.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative suite.
  • Basic knowledge of interactive design is a plus.
  • Understand the concepts of functionality and usability.
  • A commitment to high quality work and to positive and productive relationships with all - clients, team members, peers, managers, etc.
